We are looking for administrative professionals that provide support to the team! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Duties may include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively, be detail-oriented, and maintain confidentiality. Previous administrative experience is preferred.

Chief “Get it Done” Officer

As a Chief “Get it Done” Officer you are responsible for completing high level executive responsibilities. You will be paired to oversee several accounts and complete day to day administrative task for different companies. You will work across several Project Management, Accounting, Client Portals, Virtual Meetings, Scheduling, and Communication software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee several accounts

  • Phone Calls

  • Database Building

  • Calendar Management

  • Customer Service Care (Follow ups, reminders)

  • Data Entry

  • Email Correspondence & Management

  • Managing and Publishing Text

  • Scheduling Appointments

  • Other executive level duties as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of administrative services

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Time management
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant experience preferred

Intern

Are you looking to gain more experience in the administrative field? As one of our interns you will work closely with administrative professionals to learn about office operations, data management, customer service, and organizational skills. Administrative interns are expected to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. They also need to be proficient in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office and have a willingness to learn new software programs. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team. Administrative internships are a great way to gain valuable experience and make connections in the field.
